Sitec Ltd. is a development company established and tasked to undertake the development of Diversitec Ltd`s portfolio of projects including :
- The Food Poverty and Energy balancing Programme, delivered through innovative Green Technology and Carbon Zero Agriculture initiatives in research, demonstration and implementation.
- The Global GDP Security Programme delivered through the provision of State-of-the-Art Specialised Training Facilities, both practical and academical, locally and in Northern Ireland providing under developed countries with an accredited and evidential mechanism to demonstrate to the world their increased security standards and aid their respective GDP.
- The Merrie Gardens Partnership Healthcare Village and Training Center Programme aims to create an innovative and multi-faceted Healthcare Educational and operational resource centre, showcasing and integrating all aspects of best practice and development in Retirement Village design and Integration and Healthcare Staff Development. Integrating craft, agriculture, tourism, culture, sport, associated industries and their communities.
These portfolios, including the head offices, the estates, trusts, manufacturing facilities, accommodation facilities, dwellings and renewable energy sites will be developed by SITEC Developments Ltd. with a project management oversight undertaken by SRESCO Ltd, under the Strategic direction of Diversitec Ltd and will be reported via SRESCO Ltd.
